HERI
has had its inception in the year 1994, when it was decided that
like-minded people would come together to educate solely for the cause
of Homoeopathic education. The idea was the result of continued meetings
of the pillars of the institute Dr K N Kasad

& Dr Kishore Mehta MD
The experience gathered from such meetings made us realize that until a
Homoeopathic Physician himself has not evolved as an unprejudiced
observer he cannot be successful either in his life or in Homoeopathic
practice.
HERI evolved a special methodology for such type of training as a prime
need. Our experiences also taught us that Homoepathic physicians who are
graduated have full information of various areas of practice like
Clinical Medicine, Materia Medica and Philosophy, but failed to
integrate and apply in practice. A total confusion was observed amongst
them.
HERI took up challenge to evolve such physicians. This was how the
Institution came into existence with well planned training program.
Every year gradually the training program evolved progressively. This is
why our training program was easily accepted and also effectively
practiced. This type of training is also carried out in PG Institutions all over India by our faculty members.
As a result of all this, today we have number of regular faculty members
constantly working with Institution & dedicated to the purpose. We have
successfully conducted till date number of Workshops, Seminars and
Intensive schools all over India.
All these experiences also taught that, training based on unprejudiced
observation could evolve a learner to become a good human being.
Hahnamann’s philosophy of Mission, Cure of patient and Higher
purpose of existence gradually emerging as an experience in the learner
as well as in the faculty.
